Heidi Ahrens is the owner of OutdoorBaby.net. She has worked for the New York City Outward Bound School and the Canadian Outward Bound School. Previous to her work on OutdoorBaby.net she has taught public school (Brooklyn and Grand Junction) for more than five years and has taught at Colorado Mountain College. Traveling has always been a part of Heidi’s life. She has spent some time in Europe, Central and South America, Northern and Eastern Canada, the United States. Heidi graduated from Prescott College and then continued her Master’s studies at Brooklyn College. She is the mom to two young girls and married to Erik Skeaff, an English teacher at CRMS.
